Junior Stable Hand
Immediate Commencement
We are on the search for hardworking and reliable individuals who enjoy the outdoors, being
around animals and physical work.
Considered one of the most important jobs here at our lodge, you will be responsible for keeping
our animals and surrounds hygienic and healthy!
Duties:
Daily (with the exception of Tuesdays & Saturdays)
This will be an ALL pooping role, where we have approximately 7x areas that need to be cleared
and cleaned on the daily. You will be expected to work safely around our paddocked ponies and
horses clearing these spaces so that our horses can eat and sleep in a hygienic environment.
Tuesdays: An extra person will be required to clean and sanitise our horse and rider equipment,
main stables, feeding area, office and toilet spaces.
Saturdays: This shift will include cleaning, sanitising and replenishing our small animal sanctuary.
Competency around small animals is required.
Hours:
Mon – Fri – After school (3hrs/day)
Tues – After school (5hrs/day) **additional person required
Sat – Flexible with start time (5hrs/day) to include sanitising our small animal sanctuary
Sun – Flexible with start time (3hrs/day)

These positions are casual roles, where junior rates apply. Shift penalties are paid on Sundays.
You won’t be required to work on public holidays.
